Wolfman’s Got Nards Week In Review

Music: Setting up your own DIY tour is a big P-A-I-N in the tookus. The Missionary Position Tour 2007 will be rolling through the So Cal/Vegas area the last week in July. We have been trying to lock down places to play for this 5 group extravaganza. Ahmad Jamal has Zen Sushi booked for Friday, July 27th. We will be opening for him and Evidence. We got Presto and Freez looking for options in Sin City. I wish we knew someone in San Diego to work the angles there as well. It’s coming together slowly, but it’s coming.

We are opening for Scarab (Living Legends!) on May 24th and MC Enee One’s release party is @ Monk’s is on the 25th. Great line up on this one, Prince Po (O.K.), The Solution (A.J. & Brisk One), Den Of The Flow (Jersey represent!) and Concise Killy. Rock lobster, I’ll be there.

The re-launch of Numbs.com is set for June! Big ups to our man, TRAFNEY @ Intermountain IT. The site should be a lot more “fan friendly” then it has been in the past and it should actually get updated? No you can’t have it back silly rabbit!

Fisch called me over the weekend and wants to record a new ROTTEN song for the MYSPACEt while we are chillin' in hiatus. He rocks the Motif like King Koopa, Billy Clint plays the tuba!

9 To 5: The powers that be released my weekend help (Lloyd) and now I am back up to overseeing 670+ trucks, I am the sole point of contact for five of the most critical customers that CRE has and I get to take on more Noise, Chaos & Pain. I’m not making this up…sample call…

”Hey, well, your little faggot driver finally picked up the truck. So, You have a great holiday, you fucking assholes. And I hope that you all die and the whole fucking place blows up. And you guys just go on with your fucking lives, fuckers. Bye bye”.

I have this one saved on my voicemail at work, it helps me get through the day. Some old injuries never heal.

Day To Day: Lucia got a promotion at her job and left to Denver, CO yesterday. She is outtie for seven weeks of training. As much as this is a “mini-vacation” for me I am concerned about her health and well being. I think this excursion will give her an opportunity to grow. And for someone who does not invite change and thinks that everything should be constant I’m sure I will hear her nay saying optimism over the phone nightly. The lower you fall, the higher you’ll fly.

Elektra is almost done with Kindergarten. The best thing in life is watching part of you grow, learn and live. She makes me want to start life over, so wonderful.

Peace-DAG!

Current likes: The Utah Jazz’s non-suck, Chuck Palahniuk’s “RANT”, The Vertical Diner, Kurious “Walk Like A Duck” (bringing it back!) & Slidin’ Thru…Risky Business style.

Current dislikes: Spiderman 3 (not a charm), Utah Global Warming (one day 80 degrees and sunshine, the next wet, cold & snow?), Glass Joe, Allergy season & The England Grill Gestapo

I appreciate the Monster Squad reference.

That voicemail you qouted sounds like one from my ex wife, except she wouldn't talk about trucks or anything.
